2 Chronicles 29-34 – Hezekiah reopens the doors of the temple and has the Levites clean it up for worship. Hezekiah invites all from Judah and Israel to return to Jerusalem to worship, but Israel mocks him. Sennacherib leads Assyria in destroying Israel and laying siege to Jerusalem.
